What we collect
Account details (name, work email, company), the job records your crew enters (steps, readings, notes, photos, timestamps), and location readings taken at check-in, check-out and step submission when the device allows it. We do not track location in the background.
How we use it
To run your jobs, show the owner dashboard, assemble closeout binders, flag exceptions such as off-site check-ins and waiting time, and support your account. We do not sell your data.
Location
Location is read only when a crew member checks in, checks out or submits a step, and only after the device asks for permission. Company owners choose whether location checks are off, flagged or enforced. Crew members can refuse permission in their device settings; the company may then require another way to confirm presence.
Photos and records
Photos and readings belong to your company. Each company's records are kept separate from every other company's. The audit log is tamper-evident.

Ask us to export or delete your company's data at privacy@stpldgr.com.
