The service
Stpldgr provides software that guides job steps, records proof and reports exceptions for HVAC contractors. Plumbing and electrical support is planned and not yet available.
Your responsibility
You and your licensed personnel remain responsible for the work, for code and permit compliance, for safety, and for every approval made in the app. Stpldgr records what your crew reports. It does not inspect work, certify code compliance or verify licenses.
AI agents
Agents assist with planning, checking, reminders and summaries. They can be wrong. People hold final approvals for licensed work, hold points, supervisor sign-off and invoices.
Location data
Location readings are approximate and can be wrong or unavailable indoors. They are an aid for the owner, not proof of presence or hours worked.
Fees
Pricing is as shown on the website at signup. We will tell you before changing it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. [Attorney to finalize this section.]
